- Second Opinion: We strongly recommend seeking a second opinion from a qualified healthcare practitioner before proceeding with any surgery or invasive procedure.

4. Cancellation & Amendment Policy
- Full Refund: A full refund, minus a 10% operating fee, is available for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled operation date.
- Partial Refund: If the cancellation request is made within 30 days of the surgery, refunds will only be issued if the patient is found medically ineligible for the procedure after pre-operation tests. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded in full, minus the cost of the pre-op tests.
- No Refund: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled operation, unless the patient is deemed ineligible for surgery as mentioned above.
For travel disruptions due to government-imposed restrictions, rescheduling may be allowed, subject to an administrative fee. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical complications, or other risks.
5. Liability & Indemnification
- No Guarantees: We make no warranties or representations about the outcomes of any medical/dental procedure facilitated through our services.
- Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
