With all the kindness and efficiency, I did not feel like a customer of Beauty Butler but rather as part of the Beauty Butler family. They have great expertise, as well as so many warm little touches all around.

Throughout the entire experience, Beauty Butler was there coordinating between me, my surgeon and his team, the hospital, hotel, and nursing staff. I never felt like I was trying to figure things out on my own.

Every detail is handled with care, and nothing feels rushed or overlooked… It truly feels like a team of people who care deeply about doing a great job—and it shows.

Before coming for my surgery I had some unforeseen medical issues… When I told BB they were so understanding and kind and throughout the whole process made sure the medical team knew of my situation and assured me they had my safety as utmost priority.

They have gone above and beyond to make sure our surgery, transfers, medication, accommodation, communication, comfort and reassurance came as a priority. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough for the service we have received.

They were so professional and provided the most personalised and amazing care that went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. From the first zoom call to the day we left Thailand and beyond they were with me every single step of the way.

I would recommend BB but especially for the aftercare… Being in a foreign country alone I would contact the nurse if I thought there was a concern. BB replied immediately, the nurse would come and see me and send photos to the doctor to check all was ok. This is what blew my mind.

The level of care and attention they provide is truly exceptional… Your care has gone far beyond my expectations and has made my stay in Thailand a wonderful experience. I have felt looked after every step of the way.
